Tarik Voirin is a Manufacturing Engineer that has commissioned and optimised the process of several plants in France and Australia over the last ten years. Throughout his career and personal development, he has developed strong skills in Operation Improvement, Data Analytics, Total Quality Management, as well as Lean Manufacturing and 6 Sigma.

He has also been involved with tech startup projects in the last 10 years, including the development of a wine application and a peer-to-peer rental website and has developed skills in Lean Startups, Minimum Viable Product and Business Model development.

Tarik has a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Chemistry as well as a Master of Science in Process and Engineering and has an MBA at The University of Western Australia and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

He has created multiple ventures such as HomeRun, half cloud kitchen, half restaurants, having 4 outlets, He is currently building a factory focused on selling muti allergy products. RESTEC is the latest of his start up portfolio.
